Are you really sure you deleted the old config.txt inside ux0:tai? If not, move it to ur0:tai then delete it from ux0:tai. And do not forget, the plugin MUST BE RIGHT BELOW *KERNEL in the config file.

Nah I don't think so, beside, it's totally pointless. By default I think PSVSD is mounted as ux0 and if you'll enable SD2Vita plugin, it would mess up the system.
Try running "chkdsk X: /F" (where X is your mounted memory card) through CMD window, it helped me with this problem, then you can delete FOUND.001 folder inside ux0.
