    Please help identify component.

    Hi, It's transistor for sure, as it is marked as "Q" on PCB. Mosfet is a type of transistors. This block looks like an output part of DC-DC convertor. I mean transistor, coil, schottky diode.

    2DS XL is brand new with OFW Ver. 11.4.0-37E, seems like it laid in the store for a long time. I'm hobbyist of electronics, so I plan to do hard mod hack. Wii U comes with ZombiU and Rayman Legends disks, so I have something to start with. Thanks.
