    Homebrew Wii7800 emulator

Not really Wii related, well sort of... I recently ported Wii7800 to JavaScript: https://raz0red.github.io/js7800/ I still plan to add quite a number of additional features, including mobile support. One of the more interesting features it currently supports is a global leaderboard for games...

Homebrew Homebrew Browser Source Code released

I went ahead and set up an organisation that contains the source code (still performing automated builds). https://github.com/homebrew-browser/homebrew-browser This makes it easier to add people to the project and isn't associated with a specific GitHub user.

Homebrew Homebrew Browser Source Code released

Thanks a lot for the great work on the Homebrew Browser, and for releasing the source! I set up a repository in GitHub with the source: https://github.com/raz0red/homebrew-browser I was able to get it building with the latest versions of devkitPro and libogc. It is still using older versions...

Homebrew WiiMednafen - a port of Mednafen for the Wii

This is not unexpected and is mentioned in the release notes: However, I was under the impression that it would work in PAL60. In either case, if you are interested in helping me test this, I can probably add support for PAL fairly easily. Just, send me a PM and I will send you some test...

Homebrew WiiMednafen - a port of Mednafen for the Wii

I looked into Mermaids of Atlantis to see why one version was working and the other wasn't. It turns out that the non-working version is set to use mapper 8, while the working version is using mapper 79 (NINA-06) which is the version that documents state should be used for the game. That is the...

Homebrew WiiMednafen - a port of Mednafen for the Wii

Both of these appear to be working correctly for me. Please confirm that you don't have bud dumps. Thanks. --Raz.

Homebrew WiiMednafen - a port of Mednafen for the Wii

Great catch! The disk flipping code worked on all the other games I had tried, but apparently the timing is a bit different for Metroid. At any rate I fixed it and it will be included in the 0.1 release (along with a number of other enhancements, fixes, etc.) that should be out by the end of...

Homebrew I need help running PCE CD games on Wiimednafen

Mednafen does not support extracted files, it must be a cue/bin or cue/iso. --Raz.

Homebrew I need help running PCE CD games on Wiimednafen

WiiMednafen (like Mednafen for the PC) is compatible with cue/bin files. There is no need to convert audio files... Do you have the CD BIOS (syscard3.pce) in the correct location as mentioned in the documentation? If so, and it still isn't working, ensure that the file name in the cue file...

    Homebrew Wiirtual Boy

I am able to duplicate it. Those dumps don't appear to work on Mednafen (Windows or Linux) either. It looks like they may be bad dumps. The alternate dumps of those roms do work. I will update the compatibility list. Thanks. --Raz.

Set the L and R to the appropriate hex colors. If these colors are set, a "(custom)" option will appear in the list of display modes. --Raz.

    Homebrew Wiirtual Boy

Yeah, the pre-release had quite a bit of sound cracking. It has been mostly eliminated from the version that will be released this weekend. --Raz.
