    O3DS, or N3DS? If New, RxTools does not support over 9.5 emunand. Reinand and Cakes does. O3DS, update away, everything supports up to 10.5.

    So in order to import all saves, you'd need to create save files for each slot that you are trying to import into, just so the program will overwrite it with the exported ones? Seems like a simple enough fix for the dev to implement.

    If you bought it recently, you can always try to return it or exchange it if the downgrade goes wrong. Every 3DS currently in stores will be below 10.3.

    N3DSXL. Started on 9.9, kept getting the "error reading CIA" error when trying to start downgrade. I updated to 10.3, formatted my SD card, redid homebrew entrypoints, then successfully downgraded on the first try there, using julian20's sysupdater version.
