    So I'm trying to get IOS249 off my wii but DVDx and any titledelete don't wanna get it off. As this is happeneding I notice that I can't upload a wad. I keep getting a message that looks like this: "installing ticket... ERROR! (ret = -2011). EVERYTHING's getting this error now. My next move...
