    I just realized the reason our NNIDs and consoles were banned from the Nintendo Network. Mario Maker, from my understanding, requires access to the Nintendo Network to download maps. Just a thought on WHY the 022 ban was given out.

    What I suspect is that a normal system format will generate a new movable.set, or perhaps you'd have to be formatting a non-A9LH system to do that. I have no back ups of any NAND that is not the one I am currently using, and as suspected they are all identical.

    Perhaps we should do this a different way. Rather than posting bits and pieces, compare the SHA-256? What I am wondering is, could it be possible that some parts of the seeds are irrelevant and/or can be mixed together?

    I am already banned, but if I was not, I would not be the one to test that unless I had a junk 2ds lying around. The answer is PROBABLY no, but who knows.

    No, they have not. You are mistaken. 022 bans (such as the eShop ban) have historically been permanent, and the most memorable instance of them is with Badge Arcade, where... you guessed it! They were permanent.

    They have never banned for flagship leaks before, nor have they given the eShop ban before. Assume it is permanent.

    Plus the delightful despair of knowing a ban is probably permanent is pretty nice to be honest. I felt the same despair when all my botted Pokemon Go accounts got banned. I make a decent sum of cash a day (~$145), and have no real expenses, so I just bought a new 3ds and have since dismissed...

    This is correct, however it is important to note that if you file a dispute with eBay (if you get one there) that the thing you bought does not work as described and is not fully functional, they will side you with you 100% of the time.
