    So from what you wrote, I came up with this. Airplane mode + block updates and logs Use hekate to run homebrew with atmosphere cfw. Use checkpoint to do what I need Format sd card and reboot. Aside from the game save, is this a decent method to avoid a ban?

    I think restoring clean backup nand erases saves and everything. If I want to backup and restore a save, how can I do it in the most safe way? Do I use HacDiskMount (ccfman2004s question comes to mind)? And thanks again.

    I want to run a homebrew app and go completely back to normal afterwards while keeping my saves, and leaving minimal (if any) traces of me running homebrew. I know their is always chances of a ban happening but I want them to be minimal (if existent). Anything I can do? I am running 5.1.0...
