    Thank you. I found that out after I screwed things up. My fault for not being patient. With that in mind, if I update this way again do I need to stay in auto rcm, or is this only on the first reboot after the update.

    I started on OFW 7.01. Updated by using choidujour to 8.01.I backed up the original 7.01 nand. I also backed up the 8.01 nand after update The error reads "Failed to configure controller"; "Failed to initialize the SMDC driver"; Fatal error: Failed to initialize the SD card"

    I updated my firmware using chidojour (spelling?). I could not power on without injecting payload. I now know why. Before I understood what was going on I restored my nand file. Now I am getting a fatal error. I do not have a backup of my boot0/1. Have I bricked my switch?
