geez u guys respond fast heh yeah so i was dumb so after downgrading my 11.2 3ds with dsi-ware i went to 9.2 got a nand backup with decrypt9 as i was told then i went onto the 2.1 ctr transfer and followed those steps then i went onto installing arm9loader on the 3ds and followed the steps as it...- Psytrick

I was a dumb idiot and i did arm9loader on 2.1 firmware is there anyway to fix this or is there a way to send it to someone who can hardmod it for me and fix it if so can you guys please tell me? thx- Psytrick
