    ROM Hack .tarc File Extractor?

    Don't know if this is relevant to you anymore, but I was able to extract some of the .tarc files using the Marvel Tarc TBAF script on QuickBMS Kuriimu's Karameru may also be of use to you, though many of the archive types are still in development. Dev/community seems willing to help if asked.
