    So i installed NTR. My system firmware is 11.3 my game version is 1.1.0 I have the plugins folder on the root. The cheat is in the folder with the numbers I am playing the USA version. I am on the most current version of luma 3ds. I start up ntr first in. 3.3 then team kirby. No cheat menu. Same...
