    Did you start the game on the 3.7 version? If not you can use dbi to uninstall the update. Or just uninstall the whole game as usual and then install it (v0) once again and then 3.6 update

    You can just uninstall the 3.7 update and install 3.6 update. I can share 3.6 update.

    Why can't you just downgrade to 3.6 on the switch and continue using cloud saves? That's exactly what I've done and don't have any issues at all.
