Hardware Wii won't Load after D2C vs. Cat
Sorry to ask the bleeding obvious, but have you tried removing the d2pro and checking that the drive still works? (before you shell out for a new one). ps. I installed a wasabi for someone, but in the process of closing up the wii the 3v line got knocked off (hands up, that was my bad solder)...- pootman

Hacking My games don't save.... what's the problem?
Yes, it is. The game manager sets up save files for the roms in the ndssaves directory (or GB equivalent i can't remember the directory name).- pootman

Hacking Are there any Media Extend user guides?
The ebook reader (on my G6DS-R, fw 2.2) uses the same font set as the M3, available here. If I remember rightly, the files go in /system/font/ There's an example skin here. Hacking New Firmware
If you just want it on the Game menu, you can place a copy in the root, and one in the NDS folder. It's worked for everything I use. But it's a waste-of-space workaround and needs fixed.- pootman

Hacking Firmware 1.12
Shoulder buttons L & R One is pause, one is next track/vid. Can't remember which - I don't use them (because I keep skipping the rest of a track when I want to pause it). You can lock them in the menu so's you put it back in your pocket.- pootman

ACWW Map Editor In general: Have you put cheat.dat/usrcheat.dat in the system folder in the root of your card? When you highlight a game, if a cheat is available, a grey box with "cheat" appears? Select options from the menu.- pootman

ROM Hack Torrent/download client for DS?
Absolutely, but I think you'd be better off setting up your own porn server. I'm tempted to do it, just to cheese off the naysayers, but ultimately, I'm dissuaded by the horror of your Life-Saving-Porn scenario. Have you tried transferring a large file with DSFTP or LilouFTP? It is damnably slow.- pootman
