    It seems it is confirmed on twitter that all legendaries/mythical pokemons are shiny-locked. i mean the guy who posted said all static encounters are shiny-locked. anyone can confirm that aswell? Because even if we force it by using the [Shiny Cheat] some pokemons arent catchable in their shiny...
