    hold select on boot to enter luma3ds configuration settings and check to see if "Use second EmuNAND as default" is checked, that should fix the issue.

    changing any of the mset settings such as username/country/language etc after installing the rxtools ROP will break mset, to fix it simply reinstall the ROP

    I did what you said, I can successfully transfer my emunand over but all my CIA games are not present, where did I go wrong? I used emunand tool to copy my old emunand to the 64gb micro sd then copied the rest of the files from the 32g to the 64.

    is there still a chance for a N3DS release or weather or not rxtools will be fully opened source? it'll greatly speed up development if you do decide to go that route.
