    Modifying audio in .dsp format

    I want to mod the game Goosebumps Horrorland but all of the audio files are in a packaged .dsp file. Foobar2000 + vgmstream allowed me to access the audio, but its not replaceable nor repackageable to .dsp. Anyway to achieve this? Side note, there's also textures and models encrypted in .ast...
