I've compiled it, and there are forks of it updated to compile w/ the latest CTRULIB. Buggy as hell tho. If someone wants the latest compiled they can have it, although it really isn't hard to compile. Just download CTRULIB from the same date of the last commit.
I found how to make it work on wine. Download the latest source, open a terminal, and CD to /resources/NTRViewer. Then run "wine NTRViewer.exe <Your IP>"
I get what they were trying to say but what the ad actually says is "we tried to cram a ton of features into the iPad but all of them got irreparably mangled
