    I did that. It only gives me the option: 11.6.0 11.6.0 Installing boot9strap (DSiWare) Which is the cause of the problem. That shows that I need a 3ds that's already running b9strp, I do not have this. I only have two stock models running version 11.6. I can't hardmod and I don't have a card...

    The only folder in my Luma folder is the payloads folder. The 3ds guide didn't cover anything else, that I found. I'm probably missing some really big step. Sorry in advance.
