Bingo. 4gb card. I will def switch to another one. That seems dumb on their behalf to put low quality cards... but it's "free" so it sorta makes sense... I'll replace it for sure. Eventually I went to the store where I bought it, and they soft reset the game. They can't guarantee it won't...- Pedrike

I'll explain everything that happened. First of all: I own a 2DS for about 1 week. The Pokemon Moon came pre-installed. Step 1: The game was behaving normally, I saved and closed it. When I turned the 2DS on again, the following message appeared "The sd card couldn't be recognized. please end...- Pedrike
