    Really appreciate the effort on something like this, ,but it's definitely a hard thing to pull off. Especially how RockStar themselves were crucified for fucking up signs and huge textures like this: That being said, textures like this: Are a massive improvement over what came before...

    You're right on all counts, lots of people discuss the projects and 'show their work' but nothing solid has been releaed anywhere. Perhaps it's just a project where 85% is done but not transparent textures? Missing certain details where needed.
