    k two more questions - any way to stream regular DS titles, and is it normal for FPS to be kind of sluggish? Using sonic 2 as a test and even on the main menu the bottom screen is quite laggy, cmd prompt window shows 31 fps average. Am I better off getting a cap card mod?

    ok i'm all set! Dunno how i missed the renaming step, it was in the correct folder. auto ugh, ok, not done then. My main goal was video streaming. For that I should not have updated. I now need to downgrade again if that's even possible. Do I just follow the same instructions as before?

    My new 3ds version is 10.3.0-28U - Easiest way to mod? I have OOT and Gateway. Also I have a 3DS XL on the same firmware I'd like to mod and keep synced with the other one if at all possible. Main goal is really just wifi video output.

    Well this got more complicated than I had intended lol. Considering I really just want to play my retail carts I may end up seeing if I can swap it for a US console and avoiding the headache. What's this "swap secure_a > remove jpn files > add cfw" step? Can I get some more detail on this?
