    I was wondering if people are still willing to do the hard mod for me, considering I don't think I can do it myself. I have a Pikachu 3ds XL on version 10.4. I was wondering if it could be downgraded to 9.5.0-22 or lower. Is that possible?

    Nothing blocking the dock at all. I'm just wondering if I have to reset everything all over again if it comes to that.

    I'll try that, and the wall is right when you would normally walk on the dock. I can walk with the area around it but it leads nowhere.

    Ah thank you! Everything works good. But now, I can't go on the dock, despite the fact that Tortimer is waiting there. It's like an invisible wall. I had only really organized my villeger houses, used the money cheat and Item generator.
