    Converted to IPS(mod from fl4sh_ GitHub), just put the folder inside /exefs_patches It worked here, better together with the 720p Docked mod (ReverseNX) for handheld. The graphic improvement is notable, but I don't know if it works with 1080p mod without crashing.

    Apparently the graphic settings are tied to the resolution, the lighting, terrain, texture and anisotropic filter improvements do not appear with Docked mode in 720p, only in Docked mode 1080p, but the Docked mode in 720p still benefits with less pop in and better LOD.
