The 32mb Blank Rom.gba was only listed as 256KB when copied to NOR - I'm guessing this is meant to happen because it was just a lot of null data? I didn't patch the files with anything and just copied them directly like instructed...

    I just got a card too and have gotten to grips with it so I can help you if needed. This tutorial is outdated but you can still take the general ideas from it - just remember it is not for your version of the HW if you have the MicroSD version. Don't bother with recommended fw versions etc...
