    First of all, thank you so much for making this guide! I followed the steps and now I am successfully running rxTools in emuNAND on my 9.2 O3DS. I was unable to do step 4.2.1 though. Holding [SELECT] didn't seem to do anything, so I'll just deal with launching cfw from the homebrew launcher...
