    Put luma 9.1 in the luma payloads folder. When you want to use luma 9.1 you can hold the start button when booting your 3ds and it will bring up a menu where you can select it.

    Sometimes old plugins will stop working, or sometimes will only work on New 3ds. auto I just tried on my 3ds and it wont work either, so i assume something is wrong with the plugin itself.

    If you press Select + L + Down on the D-pad it will tell you the version on the bottom if its 9.1 or lower NTR should work.
