    I thought I had to have the .dat file in a folder called "cheats" so thats def what the problem is. thanks! For gen 5 pokemon games I'll need to patch them for them to work, correct?

    Yeah, I checked a regular platinum rom and the cheat menu still didn't come up. weird.

    and because of that it cant be widescreen at all? interesting. thoughts about my ver number? Should I update using twlupdater?

    I just installed this and can't seem to get widescreen to work. I have Pokemon Platinum installed and its still 4:3. I followed the directions to a T so I'm unsure of what I've done. I also can't seem to get cheats to come up. I've tried pressing X when I have the game on the menu but nothing...

    When will the GUI update be official? I feel like a very stupid moron trying to do this without a GUI.
