    Ok, I loaded my NAND backup, and now I'm back on stock, and I totally freaked out when I saw an error message appear when I opened friend list. It was just a prompt telling me to update to use it, and when I did, it let me use it haha.

    Eh, I haven't really used cfw, and I've had spotpass off for months. I don't know if I will get banned.

    I have one 3DS, and it is not banned, I have Boot9strap on it, I have never cheated, I've had spotpass off since December, and I have no custom CIAs installed.

    Yeah, but to be honest, I just got CFW again, and I haven't been using any "un-authorized" applications, so I don't know if I will be affected.
