    Thanks... I will go for FROGMINER which has steel driver in it...i.will follow all steps and then copy paste cia game files into cia folder I create on DS memory card :)

    Hi, I have updated to 11.9.0.42E. But I heard that Fredminer or Frogminer only gives free games in USA and Japan region? What to do? Or does once you fredminer or Frogminer your 3ds, you just copy paste cia files no matter what the region it? Region only matters when we download from eshop?
