    Unfortunately, my serial number started with xkj 4 which is... unavailable on the prefix selection(?). Does that mean my switch isn't patched?

    I don't really know whether I have a patched or unpatched unit or not since I hired someone to hacked my switch... Is there any way to know if I have it or not? Thank you!

    So... I can't even turn on my switch with the custom homebrew (I use SXOS (I don't remember what ver. it was) and I tried to update my switch to the latest version 11.0.1 and when I tried to turn it on, it's just a black screen after the SXOS logo, I assume it's probably my SXOS didn't support...
