    Not sure, where would it be in FBI? Would it have the name I saw on the HShop or have an ID I need to lookup? 1728528006 UPDATE: Downloaded the update from a rom site, installed with FBI, everything is working fine and I now have working updated game!

    I have an issue with my 3ds. Modded, JPN region but I got a USA CTR transfer. I cannot update my Japanese ACNL game cart. (No NNID so no Eshop, double whammy with the ctr transfer.)
