    Homebrew Release: Introducing NUSGet!

New major release! NUSGet v1.4.0 has been released! While this update doesn't come with a lot of changes to NUSGet's functionality, it does include a massive visual overhaul. NUSGet now has a custom Qt theme that will be used across macOS, Windows, and Linux that I think looks far better than...

    Homebrew Release: Introducing NUSGet!

Didn’t get the chance to respond but that was going to be my suggestion as well. If multiple tools can’t download anything, unfortunately you might just not be able to access the NUS directly.

    Release: Introducing WiiPy!

It's alright! This is definitely not a tool I would expect the average user to ever have a use for. It's designed as an eventual Sharpii successor, so it's primarily aimed towards people who are trying to work with files on or relating to the Wii. If you're just a modded Wii user who isn't...

    Release: Introducing WiiPy!

Not yet, but thanks to Garhoogin's work we've figured out a lot about what an ASH file actually is. Not a lot of progress has been made yet, but we know that ASH files' compression is based on deflate, and uses Huffman trees (according to Garhoogin, that's the "H" in "ASH") to store data. I've...

    Release: Introducing WiiPy!

    Homebrew Release: Introducing NUSGet!

Yes! You’ll probably want to check out my other libWiiPy-based project, WiiPy. It’s also a Python program, but like NUSGet it has binaries for macOS, Windows, and Linux so you don’t need to install anything.

    My Wii won't turn off

I wouldn’t recommending installing any cIOS. There’s no reason for IOS 80 to be anything other than stock, as far as I’m aware. The System Menu shouldn’t need any IOS hacks to run, and generally cIOS should only be installed into the really high unused slots to not interfere with normal IOS usage.
