    I only see the German protection privacies, so a Screenshot may not help..? In the privacy it is point 3.2 prevention of illigal and other activities. Based on Art. 6 Abs. 1(f) DSGVO.

    Actually that won't change anything. I also posted it in the relevant thread. You accepted ninty data protection privacy and there is a special paragraph for illigal activities. They will collect data to protect their system legimated by legitimate interest.

    Did u use a different sd card for sx and owf online gaming? Was your original eshop account linked? Did you purchase something?

    Absolutely great thread!!! I read all 16 sites. Indeed I can see no pattern. It looks like nin do not use a algo for a ban. More they look in every case and try to learn. This could explain the inconsity of the bans.... Maybe. Maybe it would help to note if someone use different sd cards for cwf...
