    just updated to the latest migflash firmware just now. titles show up, but still met with "Couldn't start the software" error. Might be a problem with my SD card. I'm going to wipe the sd card clean and start over see if that works. update: didn't work. maybe because i'm on the latest switch2...

    I tend to agree and be hopeful. From the clips I've seen, when launching a title, the screen goes black for an extended amount of time before returning an error. It's definitely a novel verification compared to what the Switch1 is doing, and hopefully they can figure out what it is and bypass it...

    This is not true. Switch cartridges are NOT updatable. The Lotus3 ARM that's updatable is within the console and connected to the CPU. Switch cartridges are blocks of encrypted data and can not be changed or written to. That's also why save data is exclusively stored on the console's internal...
