NNentendo replied to the thread Wrong rom base for uwuvci?.I have tried to use this software over and over but the BaseGame download never finishes. Update: I ended up using TeconmoonWiiVCInjector [4.0.0.0] and running it in Sandboxie. Then I put the nincfg.bin in the root of the SD card.
