    On my 3DS I'm sort of a newb. Playable on a '3DS'. I thought I used 'makerom', but now I'm not sure. I don't know anything about " think you can have a cxi or an elf along with a banner.bnr and icon.icn. you can build the later two with png files, and a wav formatted sound for the bnr."

    Like as in the errors are gone? Yeah, I don't get them anymore, so I'm guessing the cia rebuilding worked. I just can't get the CIA playable though. Trying to undubb a few games I'd really like Japanes audio with.

    Could someone provide an update link for me and others for the files "VCRUNTIME140D.DLL" and "UCRTBASED.DLL"? Thanks. My cia rebuilding is working atm, after installing some Visual Studio stuff, but I need to find those files.

    I have the ENG copies of Kid:Icarus uprising and Tales of the Abyss, as well as their JPN counter parts. How would I go about modding the English version so the ENG gams can have Japanese dubs and ENG subtitles? Thanks.
