    I was not. I attempted a ram chip replacement, but ended up breaking it more lol. I plan to just buy a new switch or wait for the next one to be released.

    I tried reinserting the lcd connector and cables, but that didn't do anything. Maybe I overheated the DRAM when using the hot air on the fuel gauge ic. I did feel like it took a while to get it the chip off. The chip is on the underside though, so it would have been more difficult to heat it up...

    @patrick_wv Did you resolve this issue? I'm running into a similar issue, when I try to get into hekate I get a bunch of static/artifacts on the screen.
