    Wii games can use Wii U pro controllers if they're modded to do so. This has to be done case-by-case. Internally, they're Wiimotes with Pro Controllers attached, but they turn off if an attempt is made to access their nonexistent save memory.

    Wait, you're trying to run games from Wii U format memory? That means you're worried about Wii VC, not vWii. Wii VC involves more emulation than vWii, and only uses a single IOS. It was only designed to work with the officially released set of Wii VC games, rather than the whole library.

    That's probably a sign that you should pare down your retail collection and look into ways of running your games off of modern mass storage. Basically everything from PS2 onwards supports booting games from mass storage. (Even if the GameCube/Wii has no official means with which to do so)

    No CPU overclocking makes Hyrule Warriors sad. No quick way to change clock speeds is also big sad. Not that I ever tried the Wii U version of ME3 except for one time playing the multiplayer when the Nintendo Network was still up. It was weird not having my unlocks available.

    Bear in mind that Turbo CD breaks some games even on original hardware. It's a PS2 feature - and some emulators allow for instant CD access.
