    I mean that formatting my 3ds never actually deleted anything on my sd card; It's just that despite all the cfw files that are in my sd card (such as boot.3dsx, hblauncher, etc) cfw doesn't show up on my home screen; yes i know that i system formatted, but i want to know if i can get my cfw back...

    Ok, but the files still show up on my sd card... I don't really care about my game saves anymore, I just want to get cfw running again, even if i am banned from online play.

    I know this doesn't really have too much with the recent banwave on 3ds, but I recently got banned, and out of impulse system formatted my 3ds, but now I want to get my old cfw and menu layout back, since formatting it erased all of my cfw data. All the mandatory files show up in my sd card...

    I tried Mode3 and NTR selector and it still didn't work, but it doesn't matter because I got recently banned from Nintendo online services recently anyways. :l (Probably for having CFW).

    I tried the NTR plugin, and put it in the plugin folder on my sd card, but when I opened the NTR menu in Ice Station Z, the cheat plugin didn't show up. Any idea as to whats happening? And yes, I have the USA version of ISZ.
