I have a 2DS sysnand is 6.X and emunand at 10.3. Im running rxtools 2.6. How do you format the 3DS? do i just go trough gateway and format the sysNAND there? As for formatting the SD card, since im using a brand new one can i just pop that in instead of formatting the one with emunand on it?- Mysdroy

It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid

Ship to ship communication software for the Navy although without access to the encrypting chips it was mostly useless
