    Homebrew RELEASE Incognito

Thanks for the replies. If I restore the cert together with a clean backup (taken right after going offline, and before applying Incognito), then all subsequent data that is sent using CFW and Incognito might have a chance of being spoofed in the eyes of Nintendo, since the data does't contain...

Hacking Is network attached storage feasible on any of the CFW-s

If you enable FTP on your NAS, and add it as a location on Tinfoil (Tinfoil.io), you can install NSPs straight from your NAS.

    Homebrew RELEASE Incognito

Does Incognito remove all personally identifiable information? Or does it only remove things like the cert that can't be spoofed (unlike mac address/ serial number/ etc. that can be spoofed), so that it is just "good enough" to evade bans? And could the error reports that are already on the...

Homebrew Discussion Post homebrew ideas, suggestions, requests here

Another idea: a home menu replacement with more features and less latency. Is it possible to replace the switch home menu with a homebrew with layered-fs? If so, a homebrew can be made to replicate the home menu, but with additional features and less latency. The latency when scrolling on the...

Idea: a "homebrew manager" that manages homebrew installation, uninstallation and more. -snip- I might work on that actually

Hacking SX-OS emuNAND, what whould i do with my sysNAND?

Have you considered updating with ChoiDojourNX? Perhaps you can use it to update your sysnand to 6.0.0 without burning fuses, and have a 6.0.0 emunand along with it. But note that: - Your burnt fuse count won't match the required fuse count, though Nintendo doesn't currently check for that...

Hacking SX-OS emuNAND, what whould i do with my sysNAND?

I'd say that there's no way for nand bin files to appear in the user partition of a clean console, but maybe I'm just being paranoid. If json is right about the telemetry then it should be safe for now. Anyways, all the best with your new setup.

Hacking SX-OS emuNAND, what whould i do with my sysNAND?

Using SX emunand isn't exactly "safe". Unless you flash a clean backup or get another console, there is currently no safe way to play online. To me, it just sounds like OP doesn't want to get a ban, hence using SX emunand is not the best option. But if he wants to take the risk, he could always...

Hacking SX-OS emuNAND, what whould i do with my sysNAND?

#1 is for those who want to preserve their fw for future exploits. #2 is for those who want to risk going online without a 100% chance of being banned. Since you are concerned about not getting a ban/ don't care about future exploits, then SX emunand doesn't really have a use for you.

Hacking What's the point of Emunand on sx os 2.0?

SX emunand can be used for (only one or the other): 1. Keeping your sysnand on a low fw, and using latest fw with emunand. - No going online. - No need autorcm to prevent burning of fuses since sysnand is on original fw. (You can boot to ofw without sending a payload, shut down normally...

Homebrew Question Upgrade, EShop, & Downgrade w/o Bans & Burnt Fuses

Not that I know of. What I mean by that is if you really want to support the devs, you can buy games digitally from https://www.nintendo.com/games/. After doing to, search for the NSP file online and install it with Tinfoil. Going online with any homebrew could get you banned. Also, a homebrew...

Homebrew Question Upgrade, EShop, & Downgrade w/o Bans & Burnt Fuses

It's just from what I had experienced, I don't know if it's just me. I installed some NSPs with Tinfoil on 4.1.0 and enabled "Ignore Required Firmware Version", and I couldn't backup the saves for certain NSPs.

Homebrew Question Upgrade, EShop, & Downgrade w/o Bans & Burnt Fuses

If you did any modifications then going online is no option. You can buy your games from the nintendo website, then pirate them on your console. However, if your console is clean, you can do this. It's basically updating your console officially, entering RCM before it finishes rebooting, and...

Homebrew Question Upgrade, EShop, & Downgrade w/o Bans & Burnt Fuses

If you have a full rawnand.bin backup, you can just restore your NAND using Hekate and boot normally. Remember to restore boot0/1 as well.
