    ROM Hack [Release] Yo-Kai Watch Blasters NTR Plugin

    hi all, sorry going to ask a noob question..... I have installed newset ntrlauncher and made folder for plugin added plugin in id folder , unfortunately still not able to get cheats menu to come up? running version 11.9.0-42E, have homebrew luma FBI and now im totally lost as why not working...
