    Go to Perion through the sewers, sneak pass the guards, and go get back the letter to Maya after you've talked to her in Henesys.

    Uh I'm pretty sure I got to Perion from there... o_O Edit: My bad, I remember, go back to the sewers except you can use the elevators now, there will a yellow portal to Perion somewhere down there.
