    I tested with a multimeter and the ports are correctly providing enough power. I think that the HDD status LED turns on only when the USB data lines work properly and that's not my case.

    I tried a 2TB FAT32 HDD on both the USB ports but nothing happened, I just see the same error screen and I noticed that the HDD doesn't even turns on.
