    easy fix. install IPDset and dump eid to usb use multiman to copy eid key to folder on hdd0. convert DEX 2 CEX in rebug tool box. hope this helps.

    I restore ps3 consoles and have encounter a unit with rebug. I have installed a new hdd and updated to the latest rebug. Rebug 4.84.2 D-REX - Cobra 8.1 but it appears I'm missing the eid_root_key. I following this video on youtube and never get past Rewrite target ID in flash. File missing...
