Better Stereoscopic 3D Patches/Cheat Codes Releases, development and discussion

Can't say for sure, but I'd assume it would be identical to the usa edition.

Homebrew nds-bootstrap modified to allow play DS games with only one screen

So I'm not going crazy, that's great to know. Of course I was hoping for a quick toggle, but I appreciate how much consideration is going into the project. Thanks Rob! 1717640791 Just musing aloud, but how about an option for persistent or toggleable screen positions, best of both worlds as for...

Homebrew nds-bootstrap modified to allow play DS games with only one screen

Any reason why nds-bootstrap control shortcuts don't work? I'm using 1.5.2 on a DS lite via TWM++ on an R4 and I can access the in-game menu with the default l+down+select however none of the other controls are working. I can swap screens via the menu but l+r+up+x held does nothing for example...

Better Stereoscopic 3D Patches/Cheat Codes Releases, development and discussion

After testing a handful of titles, these are my results testing Japan region titles with previously posted codes. The following worked with no change: Captain Toad Zelda Ocarina of Time Resident Evil Revelations Super Smash Brothers Xenoblade Ridge Racer *(crashes in CTRPF, used Rosalina...

Better Stereoscopic 3D Patches/Cheat Codes Releases, development and discussion

So probably have to disable ctrpf plugin and use luma3ds (Rosalina menu) to apply the cheat. I'm planning on trying this out later. Update: Seems to work fine over here with ctrpf

Better Stereoscopic 3D Patches/Cheat Codes Releases, development and discussion

For those who want to play games that have codes but in a different region, first give the code a try, it might just work! In my case I only play Japan region games and Zelda OOT works with no changes. I was amazed the first time I saw how far the depth went. Ps, I had to use luma3ds to apply...

Hacking Emulation RetroArch/Libretro Thread: PS Vita Edition! Nightlies Included

Yeah, frame rate takes a dump during the intro cutscene (after starting new game) regardless of settings or cores. FFVI seems to be a good SNES benchmark. It may be the Vita itself is just not fast enough to handle it.

Should have specified Super NES/famicom version, unpatched.

Hacking Emulation RetroArch/Libretro Thread: PS Vita Edition! Nightlies Included

I guess I'll stop holding my breath for final fantasy vi playing smoothly on Vita or 3ds. (unless anyone's got any tips!)

Homebrew [DS(i)/3DS] TWiLight Menu++ - GUI for DS(i) games, and DS(i) Menu replacement

Wow, this helped me as well. I had been using the internal SD with TWL Menu++ but recently got one of those bootleg r4 dot com cards. I added TWL Menu++ and everything worked great but was totally confused as to why I was still seeing the internal SD card contents. I see now it is documented on...

Hacking Emulation RetroArch/Libretro Thread: PS Vita Edition! Nightlies Included

I am glad someone did this experiment! :) Wonder if the older versions of the patches will resurface as all the links are long dead. On the latest nightly 4/13 however, (only one I have tested) gpSP crashes within a minute with just about all gba roms I have tested, ff6 or otherwise.

    Homebrew [Release] TemperPCE for 3DS

Just wanted to drop off that since updating to the latest nightly mednafen pce is displaying properly with no scaling issues. It may have even been my config files since I totally wiped the retroarch directory during the update this time.

    Homebrew PCSX ReARMed compatibility list

Sounds good, where is this available? I can't seem to find it on his github or linked to in the unofficial builds thread. Edit: It seems like the official nightlies should include his changes. From page 30 of the unofficial builds thread: "All of my changes except for improved dithering...

That is for sure, a true class act.

    Homebrew [Release] TemperPCE for 3DS

I guess this is kinda off topic, but yeah, with the setting off, the image goes to the edges of the screen and is flickery and blocky, with it on, the image is slightly reduced in size and is still non-integer and similarly flickery and blocky. I have cycled through all available aspect ratios...
