    So I messed up and selected the wrong region when I update from 4.1 to 4.2. I did 4.2E instead of 4.2u. what is the best way to fix this. Sorry if this has been posted before I have been out of the seen for a while

    When i run the preloader .25 dol it shows the warning screen but thats it.It does not install. I can hit the home button to exit to HBC. please help
