    yes, i did, but unfortunately (due to the fact the store i bought my sd card from only did up to 16 GB :/) i could only get a small portion of the nnid backup, and when i tried that, nothing really happened

    Sorry, i've tried to send it in for repair, but because I was banned on Splatoon 2 for hacks, they refused to repair it, if your switch isn't banned then you might still be able to send it in, but if its not, don't expect them to fix it.
