    What SD Card do you use? (cheap or a good one) auto Don’t Panic! If you use good SD Card you will have no problems with booting and mounting games.

    Your files could be corrupted Overwrite boot.dat and license.dat with your backuped ones and retry. If this didn’t help reformat your sd card

    DLCs are stored in switch’s internal storage but that should be no problem. If you backup your original card with certificate, your switch will load the DLC if you mount your backup

    The only way: Remove from first switch Rename license.dat with any compatible device Use it in second second switch You would use two licenses and have to rename the unneeded & needed license file every time BUT: You can do this with as many sd cards as you want
