    ROM Hack Is there any improved ACNL editor for above 9.5?

    Hello, I have some question. Is there any improved ACNL editor for above 9.5? Or is there any plan for further support? I bought old 3DS XL recently, but pre-owner updated the firmware, so now it's 9.9.0. I really want to run this hack. Thanks.
